Location:
Reston, VA; Glen Allen (Richmond), VA; Columbia, MD
Responsibilities:
Perform in-house and on-site installation and training on Emergent products and services as well as product support. Assist regional sales managers in your territory by providing pre- and post-sales technical support to Emergent customers. Give product demonstrations and presentations at seminars and trade shows. Work with sales to architect solutions which best address customers' needs.
Qualifications:
MCSE, CCA, or CCEA is required. Bachelor's degree in
Math, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
Three-year minimum with reseller or principal vendor is highly
desirable. Technical background in thin client and
server-based computing technologies, networking, IP, security
and system administration is required. A strong track record
of outstanding sales support, and strong verbal and written
communication skills is a must.
