April 19, 2005 – Emergent OnLine today announced
that it was selected by one of Virginia’s largest public
utilities companies to deliver an enterprise-wide single
sign-on solution.
After a review of half a dozen single sign-on solutions,
and a pilot proof of concept lasting approximately six
months, Emergent OnLine’s proposal was chosen to be
implemented on up to 30,000 desktops. Emergent OnLine
recommended and proposed the Passlogix v-GO SSO for its
ease of deployment, simple integration, and support for
most industry-leading smart cards, biometrics or token
solutions.
