Receives Army Award to Support TC-AIMS Mobility and Secure
Access Infrastructure
Arlington, VA. – May 10, 2005 –
Today at ThinCity (www.thincity.com),
the mid-Atlantic’s premier IT Virtualization conference,
Emergent OnLine announced that it received a competitive award
from the US Army, to expand and support the secure access
infrastructure of The Transportation Coordinators' Automated
Information for Movements System (TC-AIMS), a top-down
directed program aimed at addressing critical shortfalls in
the transportation of materiel and personnel, in support of
Department of Defense (DoD) operations. In November of 1996,
the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (DUSD) designated the
Department of the Army as the lead agency for the program.
Acquisition, funding, and management support is provided by
the Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise Information
Systems (EIS) in Fort Belvoir, VA.
The award includes the expansion of the TC-AIMS Citrix (Citrix
Systems, Inc., NASDAQ: CTXS) secure access infrastructure as
well as on-site and remote technical support through 2007,
provided by EOL’s award-winning 99point9.com helpdesk service.
The expanded access infrastructure will support over 3,800
simultaneous users at any one time.

The Transportation Coordinators' Automated Information for
Movements System II (TC-AIMS II) addresses critical shortfalls
in the movement of materiel and personnel in support of DoD
operations. It combines the best business practices of the
current Service-unique transportation automated information
