Citrix Business Alliance Charter Member Enhances
THINssentials™ Suite for both Terminal Services and MetaFrame

Emergent OnLine, a charter member of the Citrix Business
Alliance (Citrix Systems, Inc., Nasdaq: CTXS), announced today
the general release of EOL Universal Printer™. Available for
both the NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 Terminal Server platforms,
EOL Universal Printer™ supports Microsoft’s RDP and Citrix’s
ICA protocols.

Designed for Windows
Terminal Services and Citrix MetaFrame, EOL Universal Printer™
is a driver-independent printing solution that supports both
ICA and RDP 5.0 Win32 clients. EOL Universal Printer™ creates
a PDF-compatible printer on the Terminal Server, enabling
Terminal Server and Citrix MetaFrame™ users to print to any
printer – anywhere, anytime. When configured with an email
client, EOL Universal Printer™ offers users the option of
e-mailing the print job directly to their client machines. EOL
Universal Printer™ will also soon support non-Win32 clients
such as MAC OS, Windows CE and various Unix platforms.
