Three-Year Outsourcing Contract to Emergent OnLine
Leading Application Service Provider and Platinum Citrix

Emergent OnLine, the premier Application Service Provider and
leading Citrix (Citrix Systems, Inc., Nasdaq: CTXS) Platinum
consulting integrator, announced today that it received an
award from Eurotech (Eurotech Ltd., AMEX: EUO), a leading
technology holding a marketing company, for application
management, hosting and deployment services. The three-year
contract enables Eurotech employees to get online access to
centrally hosted and managed business-critical applications,
including financials, contact management, Microsoft Office
productivity and email applications.

Under the terms of the three-year agreement, Eurotech will
outsource the application hosting and management services,
eliminating their need to acquire and implement a costly
server and networking infrastructure, and add dedicated IT
staff. EOL’s services will reduce Eurotech’s total cost of
ownership while providing them with a guaranteed and
predictable fee-for-service solution.
