Fields Chief Financial Officer
Veteran Executive

integrator announced today the appointment of Mark Fields to
the position of chief financial officer. Fields comes to
Emergent from Carey International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CARY) where
he served as Vice President, Controller for the company.
